City Noise - Please note this is an inner city townhouse. It has usual city noises such as pedestrians walking past, cars driving, and general residential noise. The townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended, or perhaps choose a property not so close to the city centre. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. The only downside we did have was the parking situation as there isn’t a lot of free parking available. Walking into the city was really easy, everything was simple to find with us making trips to woolies most nights. The host is very lovely and easy to communicate with. The check-in process was seamless, and our host was fantastic with communication. The house was warm and cosy, perfect for our family.The location was ideal, with everything we needed within close proximity. We loved exploring the city and discovering all the kid-friendly activities nearby. The bedrooms were spacious, and having two bathrooms was a bonus!We appreciated the convenience of being able to get food delivered, but the fully equipped kitchen was also a great option.
