Complete with a fully equipped kitchen to cook meals or explore central Christchurch by foot for a number of great eateries and Cafes. An enclosed deck area to enjoy the Sunny days. High speed internet. Discover this professionally interior designed, modern townhouse. Step into a world of comfort and luxury where a fully equipped kitchen is available for use and dining area to enjoy meals together. Accommodating 8 guests, the dining space becomes an area for unforgettable gatherings. The kitchen has everything you need and more, including handy appliances. Up a flight of stairs from the entry, the 2nd floor connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces. This flows into an enclosed deck with seating, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun. This space can be used all year round sheltered from the elements. In the summer months open up the bifold to enjoy the sunny weather and fresh air. There is also a designated work station in this room. Located in the living area is a sofa that converts into a queen bed to comfortably sleep x2 adults - sofa bed linen is an additional cost if less than 8 guests are booked. On the 3rd floor are three peaceful bedrooms luxurious and spacious with 2x Queen beds in two of the rooms and the 3rd room has x2 king singles. All bedrooms have block out blinds. 2 modern full bathrooms on this level complete with Bidet toilets with heated seats, Tiled Showers, Vanity and storage. Spanning three stories, this property embodies comfort, convenience and the ability to accommodate 8 guests. Sheets and towels from Canterbury Linen Service, esteemed by local 5-star hotels. Anticipate professionally laundered linen on superbly comfortable bedding —an assurance of 5-star luxury. As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, 50 inch smart TV, and plenty of natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. The washer/dryer combo is located in a cupboard in the kitchen, laundry powder is provided. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival, we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. The Central City Bus exchange is a convenient 5-minute walk away and will give you access to all of Christchurch via the various bus routes. This property does not come with an allocated car park. Should you have a vehicle there's on-street parking available in the surrounding streets. It is free at certain times and paid at other times - please refer to all signage before parking your vehicle. For hassle-free transportation, Ubers and taxis are readily accessible, operating 24/7 to ensure you have a seamless pick-up service Upper floors are accessible via stairs only. Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. The ground floor is a commercial area/shop which has its own separate entrance and is entirely separate from the property above. Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only on St Asaph Street and Tuam Street - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. Please note parking in the private council laneway may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighboring properties. We can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check-out time is 10 am and late checkouts must be requested 24 hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
