Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check-outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with a maximum of 2 hours. The extra cost is to cover express cleaning. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10 pm and 7 am. The property had everything you could need, well equipped kitchen and some thoughtful touches to cover guests needs. My adult son travelled with me, so having a quality sofa bed was great. The upstairs bed was so lush! We had dogs on the stay, the fenced yard was perfect and also the location near a small park and minutes from Hagley park contributed to our wonderful stay.
