Step into a world of comfort and luxury where a fully equipped kitchen is available for use and dining area to enjoy meals together. Accommodating 8 guests, the dining space becomes an area for unforgettable gatherings. The kitchen has everything you need and more, including handy appliances. The 2nd floor connects the kitchen, living, and dining spaces to an enclosed deck with seating, perfect for a drink and snacks in the afternoon sun. There are plenty of pay parks nearby as well as the Lichfield St parking building. Please note parking in any reserved carparks next to Lava Lane may result in carparking fines or being towed at your own expense. There are also cameras in place for enforcement. City Noise - Kindly be aware that this location resides within the inner city, which may entail certain urban noises. These could encompass pedestrian movement, traffic noise, and neighbouring properties. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee.
