Two minutes walk to Transitional Cathedral. Just 650m(8 mins walk) to new Convention and Exhibition Centre. Importantly you own a free secure parking located in this complex during your stay. Three storey high quality apartment just a short walk to most popular attractions, a huge range of cafes, bars. Double glazed window and good insulation provide a comfortable room temperature. Stylish interior designed by the owner. Two bedrooms with two queen size beds are in upstairs. A modern bathroom with shower that has plenty of hot water. Curling up on the couch downstairs with a glass of wine in the evening or having a cup of coffee/tea on the patio and enjoying the urban life. A well equipped open plan kitchen and a dinning area allow you enjoy your own food. Our newly opened Riverside Market which is worth exploring. Please notice this is a three storey building, you must climb stairs.
