Enjoy the convenience of nearby attractions such as He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools and the New Brighton Pier. Perfect for those looking to explore everything New Brighton has to offer while remaining just a short 20-minute drive from the city centre. This property offers a picturesque setting for a tranquil and rejuvenating escape. This stunning two-story property features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area on the ground floor that opens out to a sunny courtyard. The perfect place to relax and enjoy a drink in the sunshine while taking in the sounds of the nearby waves. The northwest-facing aspect of the courtyard is a standout feature, offering plenty of natural light and warmth. This property features a fenced-in courtyard, making it the ideal escape for families. You can relax and enjoy your vacation while the children play safely outside. The accommodation has available on request a Portacot, Highchair, and messy mat to make your stay with young children more comfortable. In the living area there is a sofa bed to have another 1 or 2 guests - linen is additional fee. Accommodating up to 4 guests total. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances including a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, and oven. Basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil are also provided. For longer stays, a washing machine and dryer combination unit is available with washing powder provided for convenience. The bedroom upstairs is equipped with a large King bed, luxurious hotel-grade linen, and tasteful decor. Additionally, there is a full bathroom upstairs, complete with a tiled shower, heated toilet seat with bidet functionality, heated towel rail, and vanity. You will also find Ecostore shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in the bathroom. The property offers plenty of on-street parking for guests. No dedicated parking is provided. Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. The suburb of New Brighton sits on the edge of Christchurch between the sea and the city. The suburb has always had a feeling that sets it apart from Christchurch. New Brighton manages to distil all of the freedom and openness of beach life, with the bustle and energy of the suburbs. Explore the array of attractions New Brighton has to offer, including the beautiful beach, the rejuvenating He Puna Taimoana Hot Pools, a welcoming community library, playground and an array of delightful local cafes and amenities. The Christchurch bus exchange can be reached within a 15-minute drive and provides access to all areas of the city via several bus routes. To make the most of the bus system while in Christchurch, visitors can download the Moov it app beforehand, which is highly recommended. On street parking is free outside the development and the surrounding streets also have free parking available, so if you have a car, you should be able to find a parking spot close by. Ubers or Taxi’s are never far away and are available 24/7 for a convenient pick up. Your group will have complete access to this entire property during your stay. The host does not live on site. This property is a 2 storey townhouse - upper floor is accessible via stairs only. Easy to use electronic keypad to enter the property. Street parking only - located outside on the street - no allocated parks. Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability. We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us. Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund. Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance. Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour. Incredibly close to the beach, hot pools, library, supermarket and great cafes. The house was well laid out however the pull out bed downstairs was very uncomfortable, so my adult daughter ended up sharing the queen bed upstairs with me which wasn't ideal. Mostly the place was very clean and tidy with everything you might need. However the coffee table hadn't been dusted. It would also be fantastic if there had been a few common spices provided, however there was tea, coffee, sugar, salt and oil. The hosts were extremely responsive and helped us in minutes. We did have a surprise visit from very tiny ants. It would be good to have some instructions about putting waste food directly in the compost bin outside as we had put this in the bin provided inside but this attracted the ants. All in all we had a lovely stay in Brighton thanks! ##### Joy E.
