This modern two-story townhouse features open-plan living leading to a sunny north-facing deck, perfect for summer entertaining. Featuring 2 Queen beds and a sofa bed with private carpark. Packed with premium finishes, this property features Bosch appliances, an engineered stone kitchen bench, tiled splashback, and bathroom floor. The low-maintenance garden is ideal for weekend relaxation. The lower level includes an open-plan kitchen, dining, lounge, guest toilet, and a separate laundry. The upper level boasts two spacious bedrooms, a family bathroom, and a study. Guests will have the entire property to use themselves and travelling companions. Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords. We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own. Barbour Street is a quiet residential area with excellent transportation access via the main arterial route of Moorehouse Ave. Waltham is located on the fringe of the CBD and within close proximity to the iconic Lancaster Park which is currently being transformed into new sporting fields and community green spaces.
