A short stroll will take you to notable landmarks including Latimer Square, the Cardboard Cathedral, and the CBD.  
  
The Christchurch bus exchange, providing access to all parts of the city through various bus routes, is a convenient 15-minute walk away. While on-street parking outside the development is free, it may be limited during the day. However, free parking is often available in the surrounding streets, ensuring proximity for those with cars.  
  
For additional convenience, Ubers or Taxis are readily available 24/7, offering quick and convenient pickups for transportation needs.  
  
Access to the upper floors is only available via stairs.  
  
Please note that this townhouse is located in the heart of the city, near roads and intersections, which can result in typical urban noises like pedestrians, passing cars, and occasional sirens. While closing the windows helps reduce the noise, light sleepers might prefer using earplugs. If noise sensitivity is a concern, you might want to consider a property located further from the city center.  
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, strict rules are in place. Please refrain from outdoor noise between 10 pm and 7 am; non-compliance may lead to booking cancellation. Unauthorized parties or gatherings will result in immediate cancellation without a refund.  
  
Check-out time is 10 am, and late checkouts require a 24-hour advance request. Smoking is prohibited inside; any smoking or pet-related damages incur a $200 fee. We expect the property to be left in a reasonable condition; additional cleaning is charged at $60 per hour.
