Newly built 2-bedroom 1 bathroom 2 storey property in Riccarton is the perfect escape. Located in Upper Riccarton this property offers privacy and close access to the amenities Christchurch has to offer such as Westfield Riccarton, Eateries and shopping. The property comes complete with x2 Queen Beds. A free allocated car park with EV car charger. Fully equipped kitchen, tiled bathroom w/ Bidet toilet, fast WIFI, 50 inch Tv and spacious Northwest courtyard to enjoy the sunshine.  
  
Ground floor has the kitchen, living and dining area flowing to the private, fully fenced courtyard to enjoy the afternoon sun. Upstairs (1st floor) has both bedrooms with Queen beds and Full bathroom with Tiled shower, Bidet and vanity.  
  
Canterbury Linen Service who services local 5 Star Hotels provide our sheets and towels. You can sink into the luxury of a professionally laundered bed knowing it's a 5-star hotel clean.  
  
As soon as you enter our apartment, you'll notice the modern decor and attention to detail that we've put into every aspect of the space. The living room is spacious and comfortable, with a large sofa, smart 50 inch TV, and plenty of natural light with the property being a corner unit.   
  
The kitchen is fully equipped with high quality appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, and Oven. We also provide basic cooking supplies such as oil, salt, and pepper, so you can prepare your meals with ease if you wish to cook throughout your stay. Should you wish to experience the local eateries this property is located an easy stroll to Westfield Riccarton and Riccarton Road where dining is plentiful. Supermarket, Movie theatre, shopping and dining at your fingertips.  
  
Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and wifi passwords.  
We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.  
Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.  
  
Upper floors are accessible via stairs only.  
  
The carpark comes with an EV car charging station free to use throughout your stay. This is a type 2 charger - please note a cable is not provided so you will need to bring cable to use the charging station.  
  
Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.  
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.  
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.  
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.  
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.  
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.

I suggest that the beds do not need so many cushions on top of them! It is not very practical and where do you put them when you go to bed? Not a big issue but worth considering! Thank you

#### Enchanting Oasis: A Serendipitous Honeymoon Retreat in Riccarton

So, our quick stop during the honeymoon led us to this slick spot in Christchurch! Flew in from Auckland for the TranzAlpine train and snagged this cozy VRBO for the night. Clean as a whistle and well looked after – it was an instant win. Tucked away in Upper Riccarton, this fresh 2-bedroom, 2-story pad was privacy mixed with convenience. Our host had our backs with a sweet welcome packet, loaded with local tips and emergency deets – total lifesaver. Inside? Let's talk luxury! Those queen beds with sheets from a fancy hotel? Ah-mazing. The bathroom felt swanky too, with its high-tech bidet and tiled shower. The place was a design dream! Light-filled living space with a smart TV and a kitchen loaded with everything (even the basics like oil and spices). But hey, if you're down for eating out, Westfield Riccarton and Riccarton Road's food scene were a short stroll away. Check-in? Piece of cake, thanks to Carebnb. And a free EV car charging spot? Pretty rad, even if we didn't use it. The hosts were all about making our stay epic. Bottom line? This spot is comfort and convenience wrapped in one. Whiz by for a quick stay or camp out for a bit longer – this Riccarton retreat is a modern haven with top-notch vibes.
