"The hotel is clean. Location is very convenient. Room is spacious, neat and clean. Bed is very comfortable. Toilet is clean and with good supply of hot water. The staff are very good and super helpful. I was able to use the washing machine during my stay. Appreciate the free laundry liquid soap. The lobby is amazing! There are some treadmill and bike for exercising, but didn't use them because I was walking and climbing stairs a lot already during my stay. "

"My experience at the Westin Chongqing Liberation Square was a mixed one. The location is convenient, the staff very friendly, the pool and gym great. However, I was charged for the bed of an extra guest although I had already paid a special fee for an extra guest; our breakfast was inexplicably 50% more expensive in the restaurant than what we had been told at the reception. These might have both been misunderstandings but still dampened our enthusiasm for an otherwise great hotel."

"I stayed at this hotel for four nights and absolutely loved it. The location is excellent — it’s very close to Jiefangbei and the rail transit station, which made it extremely convenient to explore all the attractions in Chongqing. The breakfast is a must have. It offers a wide variety of both Western and Asian options, and the noodles were especially delicious. I would also like to give special thanks to the wonderful staff. The manager Jelly, who is incredibly helpful and passionate about her work. She speaks very good English and was always willing to assist with any questions I had. The front desk team — Cady, Yoyo, and Tia — were also very friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. "
