There are a lot of tourist attractions such as Hongyadong, Chaotianmen, Jiefangbei, etc. within 500 m. There are many kinds of food nearby, which is the most distinctive place in Chongqing. The hotel’s front desk service is enthusiastic, check-in is quick, and check-out can be done directly at the breakfast entrance, which is very convenient. The hotel rooms are clean, well-equipped, and the air-conditioning is very quiet. You can enjoy the view of the two rivers and the city from the room. The breakfast is very rich. Alrhough the hotel has a well-known brand name, it doesn’t deserve the “five-star” rating: 1\. A/C system doesn’t seem to “dry” the air in our room. The bed feels damp and sticky in the month of April. Not even hot at all. 2\. The service people in the dining room serving breakfast lacked training. They did not seem to know where to find what kind of foods, now they paid attention to what the entire situation is besides what they are doing narrowly. Nor do they care about customer’s needs. 3\. The facilities are out dated. We liked the general manager when met her in the hotel lobby and talked to her for a while.
