« This property worked great for our stay. We came up for the July 4th week to spend time with our in-laws at the nearby KOA campground where kids and nieces would be spending their time. The house was in a perfect location for nearby hiking and the community beach with socks and floating rafts in the pond was clean and a perfect spot for the kids to spend some time. « We stay at Chocorua Ski and Beach a few times a year. This is the first time we have stayed at this address. We were 3 couples and a dog. We found it to be roomy and welcoming. The house is located on a nice private lot. We also enjoyed sitting out by the fire. Definitely would recommend to a friend. »

« We were very happy with our stay. With it being October, we needed to adjust the heat which was a little confusing. But Sam was quick call and walk us through it. The home was clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. We were in town for a wedding so didnt spend much time in the house but did see how close a cute little private beach was and enjoyed quiet mornings on the porch! »
