### Beautiful 2 Bedroom Cottage in the Cotswolds

Inside, we have a kitchen and bright open-plan living and dining area, with concertina doors that open out onto a private courtyard, perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. We also have a cosy woodburner and smart TV making it a great space to relax after a day exploring the local area.  
  
The cottage has two well-appointed bedrooms, one of which includes its own en-suite toilet and shower room, and there’s also a modern shared bathroom with a full-size bath and overhead shower.  
  
Whether you\`re here for a quiet weekend, a walking holiday, or to explore nearby villages and country pubs, this lovely cottage offers the perfect base to enjoy everything the Cotswolds has to offer!  
  
\*\*\* Important: We are committed to protecting our homes and guests, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent ID verification as part of the booking process. It’s nice and easy - taking less than 5 mins to complete. \*\*\*  
  
Please note:  
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £5.00 fee to cover payment processing fees) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
