From the moment you arrive, Milk Jug Cottage enchants with its character, including the signature “milk jug” detail on the chimney, a charming nod to its name. The lush, thoughtfully maintained garden is a highlight of the property, offering a serene escape, providing a tranquil retreat in the heart of the serene Cotswolds countryside.  
  
The Space:  
Upon entering, you are welcomed into a warm and inviting hallway, leading you seamlessly through this elegant home.  
  
The heart of the cottage is its stunning lounge, a two-level space that combines cosiness with sophistication. A log burner takes centre stage, creating a snug atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a day exploring the beautiful Cotswolds. The living room’s intimate ambiance makes it an inviting space for quiet moments or getting lost in a book.  
  
Double doors lead directly onto a patio overlooking the delightful garden, where you’ll find a swing hanging from an ancient tree - a charming touch that adds to the cottage’s allure. Whether enjoying morning coffee or evening wine, this space offers a perfect space for soaking up the surroundings.  
  
Back inside and adjacent to the lounge is a characterful kitchen, combining rustic charm with modern conveniences. From the AGA cooker to the American-style fridge freezer, every detail is designed for functionality and style. With tiled floors and an arched entryway, it’s a space as inviting as it is practical. There’s also a convenient downstairs WC, thoughtfully stocked with luxurious Bamford handwash and handcream, adding an extra touch of comfort to your stay.  
  
Upstairs, three beautifully appointed bedrooms cater to all your sleeping needs. The master bedroom offers a flexible zip-and-link bed that can be set as a king-size or twin beds, complete with blackout blinds to ensure restful nights. The second bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a dressing table, with a window overlooking the picturesque garden. The third bedroom is a cosy single room, perfect for children or an additional guest.
