"From the moment we checked in, we loved our time here. The staff were warm and welcoming, the pool and hot tub were great after a day full of walking, and the room was clean, and spacious. We had a great view of the city. There was a restaurant on site as well with breakfast available for which we were able to get a discount for. The hotel is well within walking distance of the falls, with many dining options nearby as well. Highly recommend this place!"

"Hotel is well laid out and shows very very well. Very clean inside and out. Any staff encounters were very friendly. Only two complaints would be not having a duvet for the bed and the shower handle was installed wrong. If you put it on hot, it came out very, very cold, if you put it on cold, it came out very very hot. Great location and would highly recommend. I would stay there again without hesitation."

"The location was close to everything. The staff were amazing. The only thing I noticed was that the pillows were like over stuffed sausages and you could feel every l bump in them, felt like squares of foam. Would diffinitely love to come back, we especially enjoyed the view of the American falls and a portion the the Niagara Falls from our room."
