Very clean, tastefully decorated with courteous staff, refreshing small pool, nice breakfast buffet. Staff went out of their way to please. Our AC seemed a bit outdated, wasnt working the first night, but maintenance staff fixed it very promptly.

A mixed bag really. The room was very nice and clean. The bed was very comfy. Location is very good. The hotel and the street(s) outside EXTREMELY loud lat into night (way pass midnight). A/C didn't work. Front desk staff's manners questionnable.

Soho boutique
Lovely room and facilities, shame the pool and bar were closed due to covid restrictions. Lovely Irish bar right opposite hotel and a good Chinese restaurant 200m up the road. It would be nice to have a couple of channels on the tv in English, even if it’s only news!

Hotel was excellently situated for the centre of town and was well maintained throughout. It would be useful if breakfast was included in the costs (even if that increased the price a little) The swimming pool was adequate for purpose but was much smaller than suggested by the online photographs!

Great location on the edge of the old town. Secure car parking. 24 hour reception. Really nice helpful staff and our room was terrific - comfy bed, bath and shower, lots of hot water. Only downside was no on-site catering (except breakfast) although there is a bar across the road. Note the pool is small - great for a splash at the end of the day but don't plan to spend the day there too often.

Hmm, only hotel I wouldn't stay in again in Jerez.
Pool fence locked so couldn't sit and read poolside - receptionist was a bit sarcastic about it. Use Hotel Jerez, Hotel Sherry Park or Villa Jerez if you wish to sit by a pool in October. Hadn't intended to use it, but the spa was also closed from October 14th...at a Spa Hotel!

The property is well located in the city in an old Sherry Bodega. The rooms are clean and the staff generally friendly and helpful. The 4 star rating is a little generous. There are minor maintenance issues with the property that need to be addressed. Also, there is no food service other than breakfast (which is plentiful and good). After spending the day sightseeing it would have been nice to be able to grab a light dinner at the hotel rather than trudging out again. The pool was clean and well maintained. The spa seems not to be connected to the hotel, it would have been nice if the hotel staff could have made direct arrangements for their services, rather than having to call a separate phone number. All in all a good place to stay but I'd only give it a 3.5 star rating.

Only 5 minutes walk from the centre of Jerez ...
Don't be put off by the location of this hotel, it's only a 5 minute walk from the town centre, and 10 minutes from the heart of the Old Town. Hotels 5 minutes nearer are much more expensive. It has a pool and a spa, very friendly staff (the reception staff are also multilingual) and a nicely appointed bar/cafeteria. What it lacks is a restaurant - though being so close to the town centre, perhaps any restaurant in the hotel might be underused. It's just had a name change as the owner has reached an operating agreement with the Soho Boutique hotel group, so some taxi drivers might still know it as Los Jandolos. Altogether, a fine base from which to explore Jerez and the surrounding area.

Fake Hotel
This hotel uses FAKE pictures on their website!!...They have photoshopped trees that don’t exist to give the impression of space, they have erased green tarpaulins and replaced them with small bushes, they have airbrushed out the wooden picket fence that surrounds the pool....or in my opinion the paddling pool!!..,they have stretched the images of the pool to make a fake representation of its size...fake pictures don’t show the driveway or the wasteland that lies next to the pool....Fake!!..,when this was pointed out to the management they denied any use of photo manipulation!!..,were argumentative and were dismissive of my complaint..the location is on a busy road( Fake pictures used to show entrance) opposite a kebab vendor!!...my 14 year old daughter, who had set her heart on combining a city break with some pool time was devastated!!...we had driven a long way and the use of fake images left us all very disappointed. The use of fake and misleading images should be stopped and hotels like this one should be honest and allow clients to make an informed decision based upon thier individual needs. I have travelled extensively over many years and this is the worst use of fake images I have ever seen...Please be careful and if it looks too good to be true, it usually is!!

Disappointed with the service when we arrived with our young child. We were given a room that was not cleaned, with towels on the floor. The receptionist was so unhelpful and somewhat rude. Breakfasts disappointing. Not what we expected for a 5 star hotel.

Difficult to have restful night.
Charming hotel but the rooms are too dark and not soundproof. For this reason I would not choose to stay here again. Otherwise the rooms are delightful, spacious and full of old world charm. Reception very friendly and helpful.

Nice comfortable hotel with Spa
Name of hotel is now Hotel Los Jándalos, so look for that when driving there. Good spot in Jerez, you can walk to a lot of places. Rooms in the side hotel (Casa 2) have a lounge mezzanine. Spa is only open in the evening and closed on mondays.

Lovely hotel for a short stay in Jerez
The receptionist was very friendly when we checked in and gave us some very useful tips on what to see and do in Jerez. The room was nicely decorated, very spacious and perfectly clean. The bed was comfortable. The room was on the second floor on the side of the main road so a little noisy. We liked the idea that the hotel has a Spa, unfortunately we didn't have time to use it, but it looked lovely. It is in easy walking distance of the commercial and historic town centre. We recommend Los Jandalos for a stay in Jerez. I

Only had a short 1 day stay in Jerez but it was enjoyable. Hotel recommended Tio Pepe for sherry tàsting - it was amazing. Room was very nice - with a loft upstairs with plenty of room to relax in.

Nice hotel in city center
Very nice facility easy walking distance from all of the major attractions in Jerez. Great spa. Friendly, knowledgeable, helpful staff. I highly recommend it. Also has good restaurant and ad if you are too tired to go out. Spa is great and they have a fabulous masseuse available on relatively short notice. Very clean. Staff very fluent in English.

Perfect hotel to explore Jerez
Perfect location to explore Jerez. Ten min walk into the town but a nice walk in and very well placed. Very helpful staff. We had a duplex room which is huge! Old sherry bodega originally and full of charm. Very happy. Thanks.

We arrived during a heatwave and I was surprised to find the room lacking in a fridge/mini-bar. Also no coffee-making facilities or room-service. Beds very hard, room very dark and lacking in natural light. One of the reasons for choosing the hotel was a bar serving snacks and meals was advertised so I wouldn't have to go into town if I didn't want to but the bar only opened at 8pm. I was there to work and in a wheelchair and it was also too hot to go out in the afternoon on some days, so the lack of services was very disappointing. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful, others were off-handed. We were in the annexe in a duplex so didn't experience the service in the main hotel building.

4* Hotel rooms without fridge in 40 degrees! What!
This was a well priced Hotel, however, I couldn't believe a 4* Hotel would have rooms without fridges - Goodness, they are situated in Jerez where it exceeds 40 degrees in the summer!!!! Unbelievable (even Hostels have fridges in their rooms). We were informed that we could upgrade, but, 20€ a night for a fridge. Ha! Room size was good and Air-con excellent, Spa, well, very small and limited. Great to have parking included on-site and for us, location was very good; 15 minutes walk to the main square in Jerez, but, really this was a typical example of you get what you pay for, or, less than you expect! Mediocre comes to mind.

We were given a nice large room with sofa and armchair. Bathroom was large however the shower screen was a little small (although this is a common complaint of mine). Receptionist didn't give a good first impression but started to warm-up by the time he handed over the key. When will hotels realise that you only have one change to make a good first impression?. Location of hotel wasn't too bad although it's a good 10-15 minute walk to the main centre (shopping, decent restaurants etc.).

Lovely hotel. Elegant and stylish in its furniture and fittings. think its better than a 4 star. Room was well proportioned and very comfortable.Nice furniture and excellent decor. Reception was very friendly. 5 minute walk to a busy restaurant and shop area.Parking was 12 euros per night with the entrance just to the left of the hotel front entrance.Decent size supermarket within 2 minute walk. Overall, a bargain for this good a hotel but prices can rise considerably during festivals and big events.

All good. Great value. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. We speak almost no Spanish, which can present challenges. We would return to Jerez and to this hotel in a heartbeat.

Not perfect but certainly satisfactory
Generally, we were happy with the stay. One negative was the fact that the bar and restaurant were closed for the first 10 days of the year. We should have been made aware of this in advance. Otherwise, the buffet breakfast was excellent. We both like firm beds, this bed was way too hard however, adversly affecting our sleep quality.
