This inviting upper-floor apartment offers a warm and functional layout, beginning with a cozy dining area and a compact kitchenette equipped with all the essentials for light cooking.  
  
Moving inward, you'll find two comfortable bedrooms, each featuring a double bed and traditional stone or wood elements that reflect the character of the village. The bathroom includes a modern walk-in shower, fresh tiles, and all necessary amenities.  
  
For additional flexibility, the living area includes a sofa bed that can accommodate an extra guest, ideal for families or small groups.

The village is located between the medieval settlements of Pirgi (7km) and Mesta (6km) with the picturesque alleys and buildings. At Pirgi you will find a super market for your daily grocery shopping.  
Beaches: a plethora of sandy beaches, both organized(with sun loungers and umbrellas) and unorganized await such as Salagona (5km), Agia Dinami (7km), Kato Fana (7km), Trachilia (8km), Apothika (8km), Avlonia (8km), Merikounta (8km).  
Adventure in Nature: The Olympoi Cave lies in the south of the island at a five-kilometre-distance from the Oympoi medieval village. It is a small cave with rich and impressive decoration, and it is even more interesting due to its vertical expansion. At the cave site, there is a gift shop and a café with amazing view of the Aegean Sea. Guided tours to the cave are offered from early May until late September.  
The Land of Mastic: Just a 10-min drive away, The Chios Mastic Museum is located in Mastichochoria, a group of medieval villages in South Chios, in the only part of the Mediterranean where the Pistacia lentiscus var Chia variety is cultivated, from which mastic is produced.
