The Space:  
This charming ground-floor studio is designed with natural stone and wood elements, offering a warm and authentic ambiance. The main living area features a spacious open-plan bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a handy pouf-style ottoman that unfolds into a single bed — ideal for accommodating a child. The room is bathed in natural light from the balcony doors, and its exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams create a cozy, traditional feel.  
  
To the side, you’ll find a compact kitchenette equipped with open shelving, basic cooking appliances, and everything needed for light meal preparation. The full bathroom includes a walk-in shower enclosed in a sleek glass cabin, a modern washbasin, and fresh tile finishes. Step outside to enjoy your private balcony, where you can relax with countryside views stretching into the distance — a peaceful spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

At the village of Olympi, where the property is located you can find traditional taverns where you can taste the local cuisine, as well as cafes. The village is located between the medieval settlements of Pirgi (7km) and Mesta (6km) with the picturesque alleys and buildings. At Pirgi you will find a super market for your daily grocery shopping.  
Beaches: a plethora of sandy beaches, both organized(with sun loungers and umbrellas) and unorganized await such as Salagona (5km), Agia Dinami (7km), Kato Fana (7km), Trachilia (8km), Apothika (8km), Avlonia (8km), Merikounta (8km).  
Adventure in Nature: The Olympoi Cave lies in the south of the island at a five-kilometre-distance from the Oympoi medieval village. It is a small cave with rich and impressive decoration, and it is even more interesting due to its vertical expansion. At the cave site, there is a gift shop and a café with amazing view of the Aegean Sea. Guided tours to the cave are offered from early May until late September.  
The Land of Mastic: Just a 10-min drive away, The Chios Mastic Museum is located in Mastichochoria, a group of medieval villages in South Chios, in the only part of the Mediterranean where the Pistacia lentiscus var Chia variety is cultivated, from which mastic is produced.
