### Fairmont Residence Alice by Ca-Sa Check

A delightful apartment characteristic of the Murazzi. Located on the second floor, with a balcony facing the sea and double exposure that makes it extremely bright. Completely renovated and fully furnished, to make your vacation as comfortable as possible. It consists of an open-plan living room, fully equipped kitchenette; TV and double sofa bed. Double bedroom, with large wardrobe and dresser. Bathroom with shower cabin, toilet, bidet and courtesy set for intimate hygiene. Courtesy kitchen set for your start of vacation and small welcome.   
 Check-out will be free of charge until 9:30am. For each additional hour an extra cost of €30 will be charged   
 “The reservation will be considered confirmed only when the contract is signed, which includes all the conditions and details of the stay.” . City Tax: € 1,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights

Die Lage ist super. Der Strand befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in einer Viertelstunde gut erreichbar. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig und ausreichend ausgestattet.Allerdings fehlte von den in der Beschreibung aufgeführten Ausstattung Mikrowelle, Toaster, Wasserkocher und Bügeleisen. Unsere Gastgeberin war anfangs sehr freundlich. Das änderte sich, als wir uns über im Haus stattfindende Bauarbeiten beschwerten und um Abhilfe baten. Wir erhielten keinen praktikablen Lösungsvorschlag. Trotz eines vorhandenen gut sichtbaren Bauschildes mit Baubeginn im April und einer Dauer von 180 Tagen behauptete sie, die Arbeiten wären längst abgeschlossen. Auf unsere Meldung der fehlenden Ausstattung und eines defekten Scharniers am Kleiderschrank wurde lediglich geantwortet, dass diese Mängel bisher nicht gemeldet worden wären...Abgesehen davon war es ein schöner Urlaub, denn Chioggia ist immer eine Reise wert.
