"We stayed here before but this time, it was different. Front desk people has poor customer service. One of the towels in our room was dirty with yellow stains. The floor still had crumbs and was dirty. I was traveling with 2 toddlers and my husband so I had to keep a really good eye on them to not pick up stuff from the floor that was already there when we checked in. It was not a pleasant experience. We will not be returning. "

"Great hotel for the price and location to Disney. Clean and comfortable room and a helpful staff. Sometimes Motel 6 gets a bad rap but this one is top notch. Less than a mile walk to Disney and in a safe area. The only downside was the coffee in the morning would’ve been nice if there was real creamer instead of powdered. But that’s not a big deal. "

"I’ve been here several times and have never been disappointed. Staff and security is great!!! Breakfast is good and saves us money so that’s a plus. Laundry room is extremely clean and convenient. "
