Gîte in semi-detached house. 1st + 2nd floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, WiFi connection, 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 / 2 single beds / 1 double bed 140x190 cm), attic mezzanine, bathroom (shower), balcony, land . Sheets provided + beds made. The owners are committed to the eco-citizen approach "Ecogestes". Total floor area 75m² attic parts included. Swimming at Châtillon 3km. Thermal baths + Aix les Bains golf course. Old cellar renovated (late 19th century) in the heart of a small hamlet overlooking the countryside and the lake. On a well exposed hillside. Quiet area. Very comfortable cottage. Luminous. Lots of charm and character. Beautiful landscaped outdoor space + sheltered terrace. Splendid panoramic view of the lake. Michelle, the owner, offers guided heritage tours. Gîte of charm and character overlooking Lake Bourget (largest natural lake in France) 3km from the beach. In the heart of the preserved Chautagne vineyard, between the shores of the lake and Haut-Rhône, at the foot of the Bauges Massif Regional Natural Park. Ideal region for all nautical, sports and cultural activities with walking and hiking trails, cycle paths including the famous Viarhôna cycle route, sailing and rowing. At 7km Chanaz, charming typical village on the edge of the Canal de Savières linking the lake to the Rhône. At 11km, the famous Abbey of Hautecombe which houses the tombs of the Princes of Savoy. At 18km, Aix les Bains, famous spa town and 32km from Chambéry, capital of the Dukes of Savoy classified as "City of Art and History". A privileged and unique destination that is worth the detour!
