After coming to Chincoteague for many years we were amazed by the location and views of this house! Beautiful views of the inlet and the park, and access to water will heal any stress you may bring here. It is within walking distance from the main park, stores, food, and entertainment. House is well-supplied and has everything one would need for a beach trip, fishing, or a hike. It's even supplied with 2 bicycles! My mom and I watched the sunrise every morning from the top deck, and it was such a beautiful thing to behold. Our family of 5 plus our dog stayed for 6 days. We enjoyed the view and being able to relax together. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots/pans and utensils. There is plenty of storage in the bedrooms, and the living room and dining table both had seating enough for everyone. The beds are a little stiff, so if you have trouble sleeping you might need to bring a foam topper. I would also recommend you bring insect repellant and some sort of itch relief cream if you plan to spend much time outdoors. There is plenty of wildlife to enjoy both on land and water.
