The house looks exactly like the photos! It is clean and has everything you need. Our family spent a week there in August. If you ride bikes or kayak, it doesn't get any better. It is located by the bridge to get to the beach, so you don't have to ride in traffic, and the kayak access is right next door. The bedrooms aren't huge, but there is plenty of room and the bathrooms are nice. Very nice that each room has its own bath! Our family was very comfortable. The shared space is large, and we enjoyed the screened porch! The house is perfectly designed for leisure and very well appointed. We sat for hours enjoying the view and watching the wildlife, including a regular visit by a bald eagle. (Maybe Better) We honestly believed the photos of this place has to be photo-shopped when we picked it out. Please let me assure you, on a sunny day, it's exactly as beautiful as it looks! Wildlife viewing is amazing. The proximity to Assateague Island is ideal for family walks or bike rides over the bridge. The owners are very responsive to any issues. We needed a drain plug so our infant son could take a bath and they delivered it to the house within a few hours! We hope to be back in the future. ##### Michael P. Jan 8, 2017 #### Beautiful home on the water My family stayed here over the Christmas holidays. The house was spacious and beautiful. The view outside from the living room was gorgeous! The house is in close proximity to the downtown area. Chincoteague National Wildlife Refuge, where you can see wild ponies, was a 5 minute drive away. The rental company communicated with us promptly and made sure our check in and check out process went smoothly. If we ever make it back to Chincoteague I would stay at this house again. ##### anthony s.
