Located in a quiet community perfect for walks, biking, and crabbing, Scooby Dunes features an outstanding floor plan with expansive marsh and bay views from the fabulous, screened porch. The third level includes a great room, a fully equipped kitchen, a screened porch, a deck, and a convenient half bath. The second level offers a large, comfortable living room ideal for gathering. On the first level, Bedroom One has a queen bed, and Bedroom Two has a twin-over-twin bunk plus an additional twin; these two bedrooms share a Jack & Jill full bathroom.
