Perfect pet friendly beach getaway located right off Ridge Rd., close to restaurants and shopping. This quaint cottage offers all the amenities, with bright, open rooms, perfect for a comfortable vacation. This house has a large, screened porch, outside shower and fire pit on the patio. Been working hard over the cold months to make Josie's Getaway as perfect as ever. We listen to your comments and are always looking to improve our cottage. For 2025 we have New Queen Mattress, Recushioned sofa and new deck furniture. Linens and towels provided. Pet friendly home $75\. (per pet) will be added to your reservation. 2 dog maximum. only. 2 night minimum in off Season. Cancellations made 30 days prior to arrival will receive 100% of refund of all monies minus $ 39 Processing Fee and Any Credit Card Convenience Fees Paid. We have stayed on this street before and really like the quiet of the neighborhood. We had a couple concerns about the home that others may or may not find issue with. The toilets are low and small and if you have old knees, like us, hard to get up from. My husband liked the queen bed but it was much too firm for me. There were several neighborhood cats that kept the dogs entertained along with an occasional deer and squirrel!
