Right off Main Street. Watch the Ponies run down the street right from the yard during Pony Penning. Enjoy beautiful sunsets after a day on the beach or exploring the Island. This is a 1970's mobile home that has many updates. Shiny and new isn't what you will find here as we continue to make those updates. But you get an affordable clean rental with a great location and fenced in yard. What you will find is a charming coastal style. Well stocked kitchen for cooking when your not enjoying one of the amazing food trucks and restaurants. Duo coffee maker, Instant pot, 3 window A/C units.(One each in the bedrooms, one in the open living area, none in the bathroom), smart tv's, washer/dryer combo, rain shower head, outdoor gazebo, games, beach items and more. That’s it! Everything else was perfect. The place is cute and clean and in a safe area. Literally feels so homey and charming. The owner had so many comfy items games and extras that make you feel welcome and like family. She was great to communicate with and I would recommend this rental without hesitation. We purchased a basic smoke detector to ensure safety while we slept. We left the smoke detector behind and texted a receipt asking for reimbursement, but we never heard anything back.
