With everything you need to prepare everything from a quick bite before hitting the Beach, to Cheeseburgers in paradise for dinner, there’s no need to eat out everyday - unless you want to, that is! You have your choice of both a Gas Grill and a Charcoal Grill in the backyard, and there are also many great dining options nearby, if you do want a break from cooking. Ava’s Beach Cottage sleeps 6 in 2 Bedrooms, plus a Sleeper Sofa in the Living Area. Bedroom 1 is located on the 1st Floor, and has a comfy Queen Bed, gorgeous Coastal Colors, and a Flat Screen Smart TV. Just outside of Bedroom 1, you’ll find a Stackable Washer and Dryer, should you need it. The Full Bath is also on this floor, and has a Walk-in Shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a very cool Loft-like Bedroom that sleeps 3\. The kiddos will love this space, which has a Twin Bed and a Twin Bunk Bed. Please take note that there is not a Door on this Bedroom, which is at the top of the stairs, so this may not be a great option for very young children, and you can bring a gate along if you like, as well. I was sad to leave this beautiful house and wished I could have stayed longer. The house itself is cheerful, very pretty, clean, and has a big yard and an enclosed patio. There is plenty of space to enjoy outside and for the two of us, I felt it was spacious inside, too. The communication was top notch and someone from Seaside Vacations will always be there if you need them. They even included a nice little welcome bag with a dog bowl. There was a book with things to enjoy around Chincoteague. I’m very appreciative of this top notch stay at such a reasonable price. I miss the house, but had to return to work! My husband, daughter (9) and I really enjoyed staying at Avas beachouse. It is an older home but has a lot to offer. There is a large covered gazebo in the backyard, which we used often to enjoy our meals outside. The backyard was also the perfect size too and fenced it for our dog. I would recommended this home to others. The neighbors are very nice nearby and the home is located on a quiet street. The house is also in close proximity to the main street and Maddox Blvd. ##### Breanne B.
