"Very accommodating and professional staff and service on both the AntiResort and Nawi sides. We came in early and were tended to by concierge until our T.H. was ready. Food was delicious, amenities are great, location is gorgeous. Only cons: parking area is pretty tight. There was a private event at Nawi one day so it was closed off, and private guest areas/pool/bar were empty and hardly tended to which could make guests feel left out or not prioritized "

"Very welcoming, efficient and clean. Started the trip off in the country side and ended here in a more modern, but still traditionally sound hotel. Will be coming back in the summer time when the rooftop pool is open ! "

"Absolutely outstanding customer service! So friendly! We were only there for a day, and we felt completely welcome and like they already knew us. Our room felt more hostel than hotel, but was comfortable and clean. Good breakfast, nice pool, and very centrally located in El Zonte."
