"This property has the potential to hit top mark. However the kindness of the staff and the magnificent location -although extremely remote- cannot make up for everything. A very poor wifi - that the absence of tv makes even more painful- the absence of laundry and an overall lack of good maintenance of the place and appliances in general makes it a tiny bit too bohemian to my test. This being said, I loved my stay at the Hacienda!"

Transfers and activities are horribly expensive, but this is the case everywhere in Torres del Paine. "For the price this is not a good hotel. Pools abandoned, bathrooms lack maintenance with tile falling, inflexible with transportation. The restaurant has fallen in quality since last time I was there 4 years ago and there are no other options. Its a nice location isolated and quite with nice hot spring pools, but not worth the very high price. Plus now they charge extra for kayaks and spa. "

"We booked a room with a view of The Massif and it was completely worth it as the view is incredible! You also get the same view from the dining room and bar and comfy seating areas which were great for relaxing and taking it all in. The room was clean and modern although only minor disappointment was the bathroom which could do with an upgrade to match the quality of the rest of the hotel. The pool was lovely, a great space to relax after a long hike the day before. Initially we had concerns over being isolated in this location but for a couple of days we had no issues. Good dining options in the hotel and we booked hikes and transfers through ‘The Masssif’ who are based at the hotel and we’re great. Overall highly recommend."
