Our charming house, built in 1900, with its unique wood and stone construction offers you the perfect ambience for a relaxing holiday right by the lake. With a living space of approx. 75 square metres, it is the ideal retreat for nature lovers and families.
Inside the house you will find a rustic living room with a tiled stove and cosy seating area that invites you to linger. The kitchen combines old world charm with modern functionality, equipped with an old cooker and an electric cooker. For your comfort, you will also find a completely redesigned bathroom with a walk-in shower, underfloor heating and modern amenities - although it remains true to tradition and is only accessible from the outside. There are two bedrooms and a small room, all equipped with comfortable 2m x 0.90m beds.
The outdoor area of our property extends over an impressive 18,000 square metres, stretching right down to the shore of the lake. A dense forest, a large meadow with individual fruit trees and an ash hedge form natural boundaries. The lakeshore, an approx. 100 metre wide strip of pebble beach, grass and bushes, is freely accessible and offers ideal conditions for children thanks to its shallow nature. Enjoy relaxing hours in the garden, use the barbecue provided or simply relax on the spacious veranda as the sun goes down.
The surrounding area invites you to explore with a variety of leisure activities. Thanks to the car, boat and bike hire options, you can explore the countryside with ease. Sports enthusiasts can enjoy activities such as mountaineering, golfing, canoeing, climbing, paragliding, cycling, rafting, horse riding, rowing, sailing, surfing and tennis. King Ludwig II's historic decision to open the lake's beaches to the public now gives you unique access to this natural paradise.
