I wouldn’t stay here if you’re a family with kids but singles and young couples on a budget should find this acceptable enough.

Check in was great, room was okay as expected. One gentleman I believe worked there was kind everytime I saw him, helped me with my luggage. Very respectful and curteous. Didn't like 2 of the room outlets did not work, the handwash was empty both in bath and sink area, no toilet tissue in the restroom, there was no trash can anywhere in the room, there was food in the fridge, and there was no brochure or card with contact info for hotel/times/basic info if assistance was needed. Also room was not restocked at all during my stay

The bedsheets were ripped. There was no remote for the TV. The lights were motion-activated so kept coming on when you moved in bed!

Locks on doors didn’t work, lock on adjoining room door didn’t work, staff would not fix it and wouldn’t give patron a different room without double charging Zyns in the air conditioner, no pillowcases

New management
I have to be honest in stating in the past the service and practices of previous management has ledt a lot to be desired. Im happy to say under the new and current manager along with an accommodating staff . Evrything was to my satifaction. Well worth the value. I have no hesitations in staying there again in the future

This is completely unacceptable to us. I apologize for this terribly disconcerting experience you had while staying with us. Again, we're sorry for this happening.If it's any solace, we recently (in the interest of security) installed brighter floodlights all over the facility to discourage such incidents from happening in the future.

To be honest the worst hotel i have everr stayed in.. manager liesabout the rooms.. let just say not like the photos not even close. Wi fell and suffered a concussion in the parking lot due to a hole and at night.. not marked nit fixed manager could care less. But yet we were thrown out .. i was assulted by another guest it was horrible at night again not one word fro. The staff.. over charged the kept deposit after charging me for my service animals.. deceitful staff.. the hotel steals whike yur not in the room.. ridiculously horrible extremely dirty beds old furniture miss matched.. not worth the casg we paid

Will not stay here again.
There was no beadspread, mold on the ceiling in the shower, the coffeemaker was missing a part, and no screen on the front window. The room smelled like an ashtray. There was only one channel on the TV as well.

Bed bug bit me & I asked for a refund said they would have to have Clark pest control look at the room first to make sure there was bed bugs. I looked myself found bugs and a roach and they said since the roach was dead it dosent count ? And they claimed the other tick I found I brought it in.

Hopefully the rash on your arm is better by this time.Guests should most definitely not be dealing with bed bugs, etc.! To this end, we did have Clark Pest Control investigate the room in which you stayed and they found no evidence of bed bugs. Our check-in was to be at 3:00, the room was not ready until 6:00 then the keys didn't work so we actually were not able to get into the room until 6:30. We were finally able to drop off our luggage and go to dinner by the time we retuned for the evening we found the T.V. didn't work. We should have left when the check-in was delayed with no apologies as we saw other people going to different hotels, but we waited. We will never stay at that hotel again!!

Had to move to another room because of bugs, no phone, needed help with tv. Room was awful. Asked for refund and would not even discuss it. Stuck for 2 weeks. Noisy at motel and traffic. Would not recommend or stay again. Horrible experience.

Stayed in this hotel 4 nights to support a medically fragile family member. So many things out of order: homeless in the dark corners, poorly maintained building, tired room fixtures, broken drawers, room door with large gaping hole m FB my linen that smelled of smoke with cigarette burn holes, the handle to the tub fell on my first use. The power went off on the first night. There was mayhem! Public exposure, sex, drug exchange and usage, guests yelling & hitting the walls, guests kicking the doors, using guns and knives to threaten other guests, one guest OD’d, guests vomiting. No visible efforts on the part of staff to stop the disruptive behaviors. In the morning there was no breakfast, though breakfast is promised to be included. True there was no power in the night, but they were not prepared in advance by ensuring some kind of generator was available to support the unexpected. I work from home and rely on the WI-FI. The Wi-Fi went off frequently during the day and was impossible to rely on. You have to ask to have your room clean. They forgot to clean my room twice. There were a lot of unexpected/undisclosed charges in the end. Most remarkable was they surprise $25/day pet fee though it was offered as a pet friendly. There was also a $4/day parking fee. They did not offer any reinbursmenth

This was a bad experience. Certainly it was cheap and expectations need to be adjusted, but it was a poor check -in experience, with little to inspire confidence in competence. The room needed a handyman for many little things that added up to a poorly maintained room. Toilet didnt flush. Smoke detectors had been relocated to other side of room and old housings were left dangling off the wall. Alarm clock by the bed? Nope, far side of room making it inconvenient and useless. Unfinished areas all over like baseboards and flooring done by amateurs. Avoid this place. There are many better options in same price range.

Best check-in ever! Elizabeth is a doll!
We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and it's always a crap shoot. Sometimes it's terrific, other times not. This time, we were greeted by the wonderful Elizabeth at check-in. This woman is an absolute gem and they are lucky to have her. She even warned us that the wifi might be sketchy - they were having some issues with it - and to please let her know if it wasn't working. It was fine in our room, but I appreciated the heads up. I've stayed at plenty of hotels where wifi was terrible or non-existent with no warning. The room was clean, furniture older and kind of beat up, but I don't care about that as long as it's CLEAN. We were in town to see a band we love, and the power went out around 9:30pm and they cancelled the rest of the show. Unfortunately, the power was also out at the hotel, so we just drove home without even sleeping in the bed, which looked really comfy. We'll definitely stay there again.
