On the ground floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with direct access to the outdoor porch furnished with garden furniture. Also on this floor, there is a guest toilet and an independent, fully equipped kitchen with an annex that includes a washing machine. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms, both with wardrobes and garden views. One bedroom features a comfortable double bed, while the other has two single beds. Adjacent to them, there is the main bathroom, completing a functional and convenient layout.  
  
The townhouse in the La Balconera residential complex is the ideal place for your vacation as it offers communal pools—one for adults and another for children—a large landscaped area, numbered parking spaces, and an on-site restaurant. It is located just 150 meters from the beach and a few steps from the promenade, as well as many restaurants, bars, leisure areas, etc.
