If you don't want to get into the pool but need to cool off, you can do so in the outdoor shower and then sunbathe peacefully on one of the loungers. Next to the pool, you can enjoy a delicious barbecue on the porch equipped with a dining table. At the front, you will find a porch ideal for having a drink in the afternoon with your companions. There is a bathroom with a shower outside. The property is fenced and has neighbors nearby. The interior is distributed on one floor. Upon entering, you will find the dining room equipped with a fireplace, AC, Smart TV, and a table for 6\. The ceramic hob kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils for cooking comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. When it's time to sleep, you'll find three bedrooms. Two of them have double beds and the third, located in the external little house, has a bunk bed with two single beds. A bathroom with a shower completes your stay.
