The Residencial Coto de Sancti Petri apartments are on ground floor with private garden, 1st floor with terrace and 2nd floor with terrace and solarium, to choose the best option that best suits your preferences.This apartment is located on the ground floor and it has a porch and a private garden equipped with outdoor furniture and breadth and sufficient capacity for its use, where you can play the smallest House to be delimited with a hedge cut enough to maintain privacy. It is here, abroad where it is usually breakfast, eat or dinner or even a drink enjoying pleasant views of the landscaped parkland and residential pools. It has 2 bedrooms, with lined closets, living room, fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and full bathroom. The capacity to the sofa bed in the living room can reach up to 6 squares or failing placing an extra bed. This magnificent residential features 4 swimming pools, 2 adult and 2 of splash for children, large landscaped common areas, picnic area, mini golf, paddle tennis court and parking spaces are listed within the residential. The urbanization has a WIFI network of payment (€1 / day), and summer children&'s entertainment for the little ones, with cinema, aquagym, gymkhanas, workshops, etc.  
  
Access to 550 metres the beach of La Barrosa, via the promenade, with all services such as surveillance and rescue workers, toilets, etc, and an area with a wide range of cuisine and unbeatable value, doing that is the best place to spend your summer vacation. You can choose between restaurants, pizzerias, burguers, 'fried fish' of the Bay, food take-out, ice-cream parlours, \[hidden\] the area you can enjoy bird watching in the natural park, routes and trails for walks on foot or bicycle (rental home), practice water sports (kayaking, surfing, windsurfing, diving, sailing, etc.) can practice golf or discover in the numerous fields or municipal field of practice, horse riding, paintball, karting, quads routes, or simply relax along the endless beach of La Barrosa of fine sand and Golden watching one of the most beautiful sunsets with the Sancti Petri Castle in the background.  
  
Strategic location on the map of the town of Chiclana de la Frontera, is ideal to know the province of Cadiz. Directly connected to the motorway network, will visit the capital, Cadiz, city with 3,000 years of history and a wide range of museums, learn about the countryside of Jerez, visiting its cellars, the Royal Andalusian School of equestrian art and enjoy seeing how the Andalusian horses dance, breeding Center, you can also visit the Doñana Natural Park, the ruins of Baelo Claudia the sighting of whales and dolphins, the sierra de Cadiz and its route of white villages, shopping in Gibraltar, spend a day at the water park of el Puerto de Santa María, a plethora of activities unlimited.
