Welcome to your ideal retreat on the Costa de la Luz. This charming prefabricated house, located in a quiet residential area of Chiclana de la Frontera, offers the perfect balance between comfort and proximity to the best beaches in the region.



Privileged Location: Situated on Camino de Fuente Amarga, this property is approximately 3.5 km from La Barrosa Beach, one of the most renowned in the area for its size and natural beauty.



Layout and Capacity: Maximum capacity for 5 people. Main bedroom with double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed and an additional bed.

IMPORTANT – Pool usage rules: The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, but it is not located within the house grounds. You will find a private access path to it just a few meters away. Pool use is subject to strict hours: from 10:00 to 13:00 and from 16:00 to 19:00. Outside these hours, pool use is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the total loss of the deposit and immediate prohibition of pool access for the remainder of your stay. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation to ensure the tranquility of all residents.
