It offers exciting restaurants, pubs, and shops, all within easy walking distance of the property. Its excellent location allows you to easily explore the entire county and visit scenic beaches, parks, and numerous other attractions.

Getting Around:  
With lots of space to park in the driveway, driving to the house is a good option. There is a bus stop at the end of the road that connects you to East and West Wittering, and Chichester. There are local taxi firms too, which Fresh Air Holidays can advise on. Chichester has a train station that connects this part of the world with many other locations in southern England, including Brighton, Portsmouth and London.

\- Dogs must be well/house trained  
\- Dogs should only be allowed in the communal parts of the house, not in bedrooms or upstairs

\- Muddy paws should be cleaned before they're allowed into the house  
\- Please never leave dogs in the property unsupervised
