« This was a very nice property that was able to hold eight people comfortably. The neighborhood was the most attractive part of this property. It is in walkable distance to a lot of stores and restaurants, and felt very safe. Property was clean and there were many towels and linens available. My only complaint was that the basement was not fully set up upon arrival and someone access the property without us knowing to finish setting it up halfway through our stay. »

« Host was great about answering questions promptly. The area/neighborhood was nice and very close to where our daughter lives. The living space and kitchen were nice but the bathroom was dirty, especially the floor, and needs some major upgrades. The bedrooms were poorly lit and not the cleanest. »

« We were in town for my son’s graduation from northwestern and the property was convenient for everywhere we needed to be. Great neighborhood and excellent location. Property was easily accessible and had everything we needed. If we had a question communication was quick. Loved our time there. »

« Looks recently renovated. Had good, comfortable beds, nice decorations, nice kitchen, well decorated, had all the basics needed, clean. The host was very responsive in my experience. Pay attention to the directions on how to get to the front door because we didn’t, we thought we’d just go on the nearest entrance and ended up in the back door, which doesn’t have a key to get you in and the door code will not work on the back entrance. Overall we had a very good experience. »

« Communication directly with the property owner was excellent: Rapid, courteous, informative and helpful. However, communication with the intermediate booking service, Homeaway, was pretty bad: Dodgy e-mail link and customer service that was clueless. »
