If I could post the pictures I would! Literal poop! On the bed! Found that out at 1 am when I was getting into bed. Mind you we had already switched the bedroom due to no working outlets and stains in the room prior. This room has stains, poop! , pubic hair in the tube, disgusting floor and dirty walls. .So disappointing but we got in late and had a flight at 7 am so couldn’t keep complaining. I’m sickened and would like a refund.
Not very clean, no TV channel guide, smoky smell and smoke detector in room covered with plastic bag?! Pretty dumpy for area. Staff was good.

Economical Chicago downtown stay. Hotel does not have parking but we purchased a weekend passed at Millenium garage. Hotel is an old building so don’t expect new built spa bathrooms or rooms. Priced reasonably. Hotel is right by the rail tracks so it is noisy at night. Location however is great, within walk distance of grant park and all downtown. Overall if you are looking for a place to crash the night downtown Chicago for an economical price this is a good option.

Our tv wasn’t really working and had to get maintenance to help. We had a phone in our room but it didn’t work, the cables were cut off. The bed was not very comfortable and made a lot of noise. It was very convenient to get to our destinations walking.

Overall it was a good experience. However the hotel room did not have heating and it was 30 ish degrees at night time so we were very cold. It was very close to the red line transit which was convenient. It was loud at night and we were there during the marathon so roads and streets were blocked on Sunday so that inconvenient but not the hotels fault. Overall I would stay again for the price.

We decided to stay here to explore Chicago for the weekend and would say this was a prime location to do all of the touristy attractions. However, we were told in the reservation that we would have a mini fridge and microwave included and we did not. We also had black mold in our hotel room and will not be staying here again.

I was charged for my room, my deposit, then told my card declined so was then charged on my husband's debit card again for the deposit, and after I went to sleep my card was apparently "authorized" for a $179.00 purchase, still waiting on the issue to be resolved, staff at the front desk was absolutely no help.

The lobby appeared very nice. However, the cleanliness standard dropped significantly once we reached our room. The room is tiny and not comfortable. It is also very loud.

Muy buena ubicación. No sé si es cierto o era Asintos de racismo del guardia de seguridad, pero no me gustó que a las 8:00 pm nos apagaba la luz del lobby y nos decía que el lobby cerraba a las 8:00 pm. Las toallas del baño olían a aceite, un olor desagradable. El lobby tiene un buen lugar para desayunar, y el lobby es bonito. Las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación urgente. La ubicación recompensa las cosas no tan agradables. Hay cosas q debe mejorar, pero me volvería a quedar en él.

So gross do not stay here. Carpets covered in stains of who knows what. Service is terrible took me an hour to check in. No iron in my room. The iron they brought up was covered in funk that seared into my shirt and ruined it. Horrible experience stay away.

The price is very good,but you get what you pay for. The trains are noisy, the room was cold (but it was very cold outside), and the room is clearly very old. The bedsheets were perfect but not the carpet. I would however stay there again, because the price was so good.

The rooms was tiny. The TV only had 2 channels. The window was broken. The room was old and outdated and dirty. There was constant banging from something metal outside onto the building which made it hard to sleep, along with the street noise. Convenient location to sightsee, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The checkin process was quick and efficient. I was a little disappointed that there wasn't a small refrigerator in the room. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom was clean and in good working order. The only complaint I had was there was a cold draft emanating from the windows and there was no way to control the temperature in the room.
