Live like a local in this beautifully remodeled graystone. This Prime unit is located just off the Wrigley Field Campus behind the Hotel Zachary. All the city has to offer is just outside your door. Chicago License # HM15504 Easy Transportation- The 'L' train is your ticket to everywhere in the city. The Red line is 2 blocks away. The Brown line 6 Blocks away on Southport. Cab's and Uber/Lyft all easy to find. Easy to take the train from O'Hare or Midway Airports and walk, cab or train your way around town. \*Need parking? Neighborhood parking passes included. Street parking is easy at this location with the exception being 2 hours before and after games/events at Wrigley. Two block walk to Wrigley field. If you are coming in to see a game it couldn't be better. Like any property on VRBO the pictures look a little better than the reality but it was clean, everything worked, and was as advertised. The spiral staircase in the photos made me assume there were two levels but the stairs are blocked off, this unit is the lower level only.Owner was really easy to work with and reached out to let us know we could check in a couple of hours early which was really nice. Upon checkout only request is to take out the trash which is pretty reasonable. Parking. There are permits required for each day that you stay that allow you to park on the streets near the property. That said, I never actually saw an open spot to park on the street. The owner provided contact information for a neighbor who will let you park off the alley behind the unit for 50 a day. Neighbor was super nice and what he charged is pretty reasonable considering proximity to Wrigley.Overall we really enjoyed our stay. ##### Aaron A. Easy walk to Wrigley and restaurants. The only improvement would be designated parking included. Check in instructions were clear & provided well in advance. The property was clean and well stocked with towels, garbage bags, etc..The unit itself is underground, which I hadn’t realized prior to our arrival. It is named the garden view, but no real windows you can see out of. The parking is complimentary with your booking and the neighborhood is safe and well located ##### Ryan T. Plenty of room to relax, very quiet, and clean. We chose this place due to its location (proximity to Wrigley Field) and it was perfect. Less than two blocks to the gates at Wrigley.
