My fantastic four bedroom apartment is the perfect home base for any group of travelers staying in the magnificent Windy City. The best dining, shopping, and entertainment are abundant in this hot Chicago neighborhood, and downtown is just a train ride away. You'll love the gorgeous exposed brick walls throughout the home as well as the thoughtful design and furnishings. Don't miss out on this opportunity! General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Also in a great location. One glaring miss by property managers is the kitchen is terribly stocked. There are virtually no utensils (made eggs with a spool — no spatulas), not a single kitchen towel or dish rag, limited dishware, etc. One hour and a very small budget at a Target would change the kitchen experience dramatically. Also, there is just one TV, it doesn’t have cable or satellite, and it’s not a smart TV. Literally couldn’t even watch a football game on any of the channels and couldn’t watch a movie, etc., since there was no way to connect to it to use personal subscriptions to Hulu, Netflix, etc. Again, a couple hundred dollars investment by the owners in a smart TV would change that experience completely. ##### Brad S. The property had a cool vibe to it with the brick walls, open AC ducts, and hardwood floors. Feb 18, 2022 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Very clean, plenty of room and the location of this property is great Very nice property - modern industrial vibe and decorated very well. Plenty of hang out room for the 4 couples that stayed here. The bedrooms are very good size as are the bathrooms. The half bath was also very nice to have. Location is a quick walk to Whole Foods for any items needed and easy walk to lots of restaurants and South Port. Would definitely stay again. ##### Ann B. The place was perfect, near whole foods, restaurants and close to the lake. We had a great time, a wonderful wedding and really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a family, girls/couples weekend, 4 bedrooms with jack and jill bathrooms between them. Excellent responsive hostess too! ##### Kathryn M.
