#### Too HOT to sleep in bedroom with no air. 

After arriving at the apt, we realized there was only a wall air conditioner in the living room, only a ceiling fan in the bedroom. Not good when it’s sweltering outside. We chose to forgo our payment and not stay in the apt. It was clean and nicely decorated but too hot to sleep with out air conditioning.

#### Bed bugs

The reservation process was over the top. The property manager sent a questionnaire. I sent it back. Then they called me to ask about my career, weird. When I got to the property the cleaning crew was still cleaning the property for 40 minutes after check-in time. The property manager asked me what time I was arriving the day before so they could have the property ready.Finally I noticed bed bugs and I had to check out early and request a refund.
