The home is in a nice neighborhood and less than a ten minute walk to the bus stop on Addison that takes you to Wrigley Field. The apartment, which is a basement apartment, is as described in the listing. The owners do live above on the main level. The apartment was clean and well stocked with basic supplies. The place did not seem clean. There were house centipedes and other bugs. No hand towels. The owner was very responsive in communicating, but not an inviting place to stay. My family and I said we will sleep on the couch but couldn’t do that because the couch was filthy as well so at that point we packed up and went to a whole other unit. We didn’t stay not one night and he refuse to give me the whole refund back.
