Location was perfect for the weekend festivities. The unit was clean and well appointed. Overall the unit was clean and in a good location. The unit had heating issues with no hot water. We limited showers and also used a relative's house for showers as water would not exceed room temp. Host stated it was not in her control as water shared. Bedrooms did not have vents for heat. Owner brought space heaters the next day after on-going cold temps. Renters could not adjust thermostat and also had to leave doors open to both bedrooms to get heat from sitting area; limiting privacy. The apartment is in a slightly dated building but everything was clean, tastefully furnished, and thoughtfully stocked. Host was very responsive and helpful. Also, when I asked when check in information would be sent, I was told it would be sent once the reservation was confirmed.
