The Space: Perched on the top floor, this inviting apartment is flooded with natural light, featuring a sun-filled living room and a dining area that comfortably seats four. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary coffee and tea to kickstart your mornings. Enjoy the convenience of in-unit laundry with provided detergents, and rest easy knowing each bedroom is tastefully furnished and secured with a locking door for your privacy.  
  
Step outside to your private deck, equipped with a grill for delightful outdoor dining, or unwind on the shared front patio with a good book. With easy access to the Brown Line, you’re just moments away from downtown Chicago and a variety of diverse restaurants, grocery stores, banks, and shopping options.
