My bright and inviting condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and convenience, with your own sunny living room to relax, fully-equipped kitchen and separate dining room, spacious private bedroom, serene sunroom with full bed for extra guests, and a workspace for business travelers. Just steps from the lakefront and Montrose Beach, and a 6-minute walk to the Wilson Red Line, this location is excellent for exploring all that Chicago has to offer. General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. No additional visitors - Only those listed on the reservation may enter the property. Any additional visitors must be declared and pre-approved. 3\. Respect quiet hours - Keep noise levels down, especially between 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Failure to respect quiet hours or disturbances from an unauthorized gathering will result in termination of the reservation without refund and may result in additional fines to pay city tickets or HOA fines for violations. 4\. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. Lost & found - We are not responsible for lost items. If something is left behind, we will attempt to locate it and ship it at your expense. Please check all drawers and closets before departure. Plenty of room for 2 adults and 2 kids, using fold out couch. We needed to call for sheets for the couch the first night and were not able to contact anyone until the following morning, but someone delivered them just after we called. (I suspect they were accidentally left in a drier somewhere, not a big deal.) We would definitely stay here again. ##### Katie P. Clean, comfortable, convenient, easy to check in. My son is moving to Chicago and we stayed here for a couple of days while we got his apartment set up. Clean and well-appointed. The only problem was with the property manager. If it weren’t for Kimberly on the Concierge line, I would probably still be trying to get my check-in instructions.
