My sister was able to have her own bathroom, and we each had comfortable bedrooms. Having a full kitchen was marvelous. Ryan was very responsive, even though we had no issues with the property. Not too many dining options in the immediate area, but all the best of Chicago is a quick Uber or CTA ride (or longer walk) away.
