Steps to the restaurants and bars on bustling Division Street, our home is located on a quiet residential side street, so you will have the best of both worlds. Drive to downtown in just 10 - 15 minutes! For any type of traveler, our home is the perfect oasis. Don't miss out, book today! General Policies: Guest Age Policy – Guests aged 18-24 may book on an exception basis. Please include your age, reason for booking, and who will be staying with you in your inquiry. Local Guest Policy – Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Parties, gatherings, and group events are strictly prohibited. Unauthorized gatherings or events will result in termination of reservation without refund. Primary Guest Responsibility – The booking guest must stay for the full duration and is responsible for all guests. If booking on behalf of someone else, please contact us to discuss exceptions. Check-out on time - Please vacate the unit and return any issued keys by the agreed check-out time. Late check-outs will incur a $250 fee. 5\. No smoking - Smoking of any kind is prohibited inside the unit and on the building premises. Evidence of smoking, including odor, will result in a $500 remediation charge. Local laws also prohibit smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. 6\. Lockouts & lost keys - A $150 lockout fee applies per occurrence. Lost keys or remotes will incur a $50 replacement fee each. 7\. (We parked once and either walked or used public transportation, so I don't know how easy it was to park at busier times.) There were many bars, cafes and restaurants within easy walking distance. Public transport was a bit of a hike, but in the nice fall weather, it was fine. The place itself was spotless, comfortable and well stocked. (Coffee, tea, sugar, powdered creamer in the apartment) There were small grocery stores nearby. Place was very clean, well stocked and the beds very comfortable. It is on a beautiful and quiet street. The concierge service the owner uses was super responsive! We had one small plumbing issue that was taken care super fast, within an hour! Then the next day they sent in a cleaning crew to clean the bathroom and I did even ask for it! Communication and checkin was easy. The unit was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels.It came with plenty of kitchen utensils except for no cereal bowls. Not sure why. Even though it was cold outside the heat kept the place nice and warm. The location was excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Walk a couple blocks to Division St where you will find plenty of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The only thing that I wish the unit had besides the cereal bowls I mentioned was a place to put your cloths after unpacking. There was plenty of closet space to hang things but no chest of drawers to put your other clothing. So basically you're living out of your suitcase. Since it was just me and my wife we stored our cloths on the bed in the other bedroom. So thats why I gave it four stars instead of five. The new management company was not quite as efficient as the owner was, but I know it must be time consuming to always be "on." That said the apartment is great. Clean and easy to get to and use. I’ve stayed here twice and it works perfectly for me. Sharp knives, good selection of spice basics, fairly comfy beds and a very quiet neighborhood. ##### Martha F.
