Bathroom and tub could use an upgrade. Couldn't figure out how the get hot water from faucet. Shower wall was cracked.

Easy in off I80 and convenient. Nice staff, better than expected kitchenette rooms than much nicer hotels.

Comfortable and reasonable price, close to hospital, restaurants and shopping. What I didn't like was the people including the front desk clerk smoking at the entrance door to the hotel. The second night I was there, a person was on his phone in the middle of the night on speaker phone, talking really loud.

The tub didn’t seem cleaned looked run down. Staff were supper nice. Just an older looking building walls are thin you can hear everyone or everyday being open or closed.

The staff is very nice, but the clientele is sketchy. There was a drug fueled party in the room next to me that started at 2:30 in the morning and didn't stop until dawn. Better to spend a few extra bucks and get a good experience.

Worst experince staying at a hotel in my life. Ive never been so frustrated or disgusted. The first room they put us in was not clean and there was throw up on the counter, the second room was fine, however a hour after we left for an event i received a call saying we were being moved to another room and my back would be available for pick up at the counter. Our third room was without ac and when we went in it was 80 degrees in the bedroom, i went back down to the counter and she gave us a fourth room that was already occupied when we opened the door. Never, ever, never, ever, ever again would i stay nor would i recommend!

Door latch was skeptical- window latches broken, bathroom floor was stained and room had a funky odor. Staff were very nice. When I checked in they stated. Check your room- make sure the AC is working and the toilet flushes and the tv works. We have been doing some remodeling and have had some issues. Those items did work but just wasn’t the first impression I was expecting. Gentlemen came in asking for best rate. They quoted 25 more than what I paid- wouldn’t you want to rent every room possible? Why not bargain or lower the price if someone asks especially after 6 pm when foot traffic drops.

Hotel is in good shape and it was clean. Area feals really safe. Breakfast was really poor only muffins and coffee but at least is something. I would recomend it if breakfast is not that important.

Wen i checked in my room was not ready it was still dirty i had to wait 40 minutes for them to have my room ready. Nothing worked, bathroom sink was clogged, toilet wouldn't flush, floors were very dirty and sticky, tv didn't turn on, and the phone didn't work.

I was apprehensive about taking my dog for the first time to stay at a hotel. I wasn’t sure how he would behave when I left him alone. Upon entering I was greeted at the front desk with a warm welcome by a lady that had a little dog following her around. We were checked in and I asked about the swimming pool. The amenities online stated that it would have a pool and they don’t. We were a little disappointed but since this was Orbitz issue for not updating the amenities, I let it go. We were there for four nights so I also enquired bout the laundry facility and she told me they have one on site and can give me some change if I need it. We got into our room and it was nice. There was new cookware and a new dishwasher and large fridge. The next day we were planning to go out for a while. As soon as I left, my do started barking. I was concerned because we couldn’t take him with us and leave him in the car. I went to the front to ask if it would be an issue and she informed me that there was a trucker in the next room that was a day sleeper. The. Ache started to check the other rooms. She found one on the other side of the hotel and upstairs where there weren’t any guests and said we could move there and his barking shouldn’t bother anyone. We were grateful and got moved. The new room was also near a side exit so she said we could use that door and it would be easier to take him out. My dog got acclimated, the rooms were nice, the beds were comfortable and the staff was amazing!
