This completely remodeled private 1 br apartment in a quiet corner of East Pilsen. Centrally located close to downtown, Soldier Field, Grant Park and The United Center.  
  
The bedroom has a Queen size bed and there is a Full size futon sleeper in the living room. Kitchen comes equipped with pots, dishes and coffee maker and self-check with keypad entry.  
  
Be one of the first guests in this newly upgraded and remodeled unit with vintage rust print sealed floors, new cabinets and quartz countertops.  
  
This property is conveniently located close to public transportation, The Metra, The (L) Subway and Chicago's Iconic Union Station. Additionally it's a short rideshare trip to all major attractions including the Lakefront, the McCormick Place convention center and major sport and concert venues. Also, there's a park with picnic tables across the street from the house.
