This is a designer decorated three bedroom residence adjacent to Wrigley Field. Major League comfort and convenience awaits you at the closest lodging to Wrigley Field. We are conveniently located across from one of the entrances to Wrigley Field, within one of the iconic Wrigley Rooftop buildings. We rent only to responsible guests who want the best of Wrigleyville in a quality environment. Accordingly, we do ask our guests to provide a description of themselves and their party in terms of profession and backgrounds. MY PRICES ARE FIRM AND I DO NOT OFFER DISCOUNTS! This property features an incredible outdoor patio with 120 feet of frontage along Waveland Ave. No other residential property features such frontage along Wrigley Field's outfield. You may even see a fly balls enter the property's outdoor patio. The patio also features a high end Weber Genesis gas grill and a large picnic table. This is an amazing place to people watch and enjoy the festivities on cubs game days. The residence was completely renovated in 2018\. This residence includes new designer linens and towels. Beds and mattresses are new as is all furniture, floor coverings and accessories. Kitchen is all new with high end appliances, perfect for private dining or entertaining. Bedroom Bed Configuration \- Bedroom 1 has a king bed \- Bedroom 2 has a queen bed \- Bedroom 3 has a twin over double bunk \- There is an additional twin folding bed in this residence. The neighborhood This residence offers an experience second to none. You will be able to immerse yourself in the surrounding Wrigleyville festivities while relaxing comfortably in your fully furnished private apartment. Step out of the residence and you're privy to all that Wrigleyville has to offer: theater, fine dining, shopping and the world famous Wrigley Field is next door. Only the registered guests in your booking shall be permitted in the residence at anytime. We do not permit additional day time or night time visitors. Bring your own light bulbs and batteries for tv remotes. And hunt through the cluttered junk drawer to find a lighter to use the stove. The marketing materials didn’t specify that there are steep steps up to the second floor unit without adequate safety railings so just be aware if anyone in your party has reduced mobility. There is also a back door leading to a dark staircase that felt less than safe even with the locks that were installed. The streets are very loud during a Cubs game which should be expected. This seems like a great party house but not ideal for a family trip. Be aware that you have to secure your own parking and there are options close by. But dropping off suitcases or groceries is difficult with the traffic so be prepared to haul your stuff from your car. The charm of the old building is apparent but was turned off by seeing a clean shower with used toiletries left in the bathroom, stains on the couch. Although there were throw blankets for the couch they didn’t appear or smell like they had been washed recently so were not useful. I may have missed it, but the only thing missing from the listing was this is a shared location so the patio is shared with other renters/tenets and this specific listing is for the second floor. And according to previous reviews, it has been that way for months. The property manager has even responded to a previous review that the couch has been replaced and blackout blinds have been installed in the bunk room. THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED. I spoke to the property manager minutes after checking in and they blamed the previous guests, which was obviously a lie. Now they won't respond to messages. I have literally seen this place on TV for the past 40 5 years and to get to stay in it was amazing. I really did not want to leave. Being able to look out the windows and actually see inside of Wrigley where I was sitting during the game is insane. It it is also the perfect size, a one-story flat with three bedrooms that are perfect for a family vacation or a guy's trip. I cannot wait to come back again and again. Also the communication with the property manager was great and everything about the stay was easy. ##### Jim L. You can’t beat the views and the sounds of Wrigley Field! The accommodations are spacious and the bunk beds are great for children. Good: It is literally across street from stadium. Things to do very close. Kitchen and bathroom were nice. Not so good: Some street noise from people at night but only if light sleeper. Room with bunk beds needs blackout curtains from all night stadium lighting - other rooms are fine. Sectional couch is very worn, detached and falling apart. Previous renters (or perhaps cleaning crew?) left smoke smell but that dissipated by second day. So overall not a place I’d tent again with family who want a more subdued couple of day but perfect for party or baseball fans. ##### Richard L. I can’t tell you enough how much we enjoyed staying at this property. We were attending 3 Cubs games three days in a row and we could watch the general admission gate/line from our window and go down before it got to long so my son could have a front row seat to catch balls! It’s literally steps away from the gate! We also saw brawlers catching balls by our place! You can see into the stadium and it was an ultimate exciting place to stay for my son!! He LOVED the foosball table. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. All cleanup even of the kitchen dishes etc is taken care of for you- loved this! The beds were comfy and the bunk bed was a hit with our son. We walked to the Jewel grocery store with backpacks to stock up on breakfast and lunch food. We walked to many different great restaurants for dinner every night and didn’t run out of options. Most within a 4-5 min walk. Jeni’s ice cream was right around the corner too! Big TV in the living room and master! The neighbor is really friendly too! And what I loved most was that the owner David texted me introducing himself right after I booked. He told me to text him anytime. He answered right away and checked in on us after checking in and when checking out. He was so great!! Book this! We loved the area and this is THE PLACE to stay when going to a game! Thank you David for everything! ##### Michele J.
